Well mostly awesome! It also required skill, bravery, and LOTS of waiting and patience!
1. I went to the midnight triple event at the Nintendo World store in New York for The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D, Monster Hunter 4, and the New 3DS XL. I actually went on line HOURS early before midnight because I really want that Limited Edition Skull Kid figurine. After hours of waiting(and a little snow happening for a few minutes at one point. It actually felt like Snowhead Village.), I successfully got the Limited Edition Skull Kid figurine with the game! I also got:
-free Majora's Mask paper mask
-free Majora's Mask pin
-a Majora's Mask poster
-and....a Polterpup plushie!
Also, I WILL be getting the New 3DS XL soon because I was lucky to order the Limited Edition Gold Majora's Mask New 3DS XL at Gamestop(at full price) and it will come in eventually.Yes I am an insane loyal fan! xDDD
2. Oh boy, I actually didn't expect this one(also this is a LOOOOOONG story! It's also Simpsons related, so you can skip this long part if you're not interested ). Apparently, I saw a tweet a few days ago on the Simpsons Twitter page saying that...... Matt Groening(the creator of Futurama and that yellow family) was going be at a Barnes & Nobles store in New York at February 13th(the same day when Majora's Mask 3D was released) at 6:00 PM to sign copies of the Simpsons Family History book! So I really planned this one out. After the Majora's Mask 3D midnight event, I immediately went home and got some rest and went to the Barnes & Nobles at 10:00 AM for a special wrist strap. So more waiting happened at a stage room and I got breakfast at the cafe. When it was finally 6:00 PM, there he was! Matt Groening was in the store!!!! He did an awesome speech about the Simpsons and Futurama and answer some fan questions for about 25 minutes. Then people lined up at the right side of the stage for autographs(one row at a time). I was at the the seventh row, so it took awhile for me to be on line. Another reason why it took awhile was because Matt Groening was drawing stuff based people's requests for the signings, like a drawing of Homer or Bart. Once I finally got up there at the stage....oh boy! It was AWESOME! I wanted him to draw me Lisa & Maggie with his signature and we had a nice conversation together. I mentioned that I'm a huge fan and I've seen every episode(so far), own every season DVDs(so far), and other stuff. What? This Shy Guy is loyal! I repeat LOYAL! xDDDD He was amazed and I got to take a photo of him with my Lisa & Maggie plushies(he even signed my Maggie plush!!!) and I was telling him that I draw lots of Lisa & Maggie drawings and I showed him my old Lisa and Maggie's Storytime drawing from 2010 and he loved it. He even ask me a question saying "Have you met Yeardley Smith(Voice of Lisa Simpson)?" and I said "Not yet. But I wish!" He then said "well if you do find her someday, show her THIS drawing. She'll love it!" And I was like "Oh I will! I WILL! Someday!" This Shy Guy who loves Nintendo and Simpsons way too much NEVER GIVES UP!!!! And finally, we had a handshake and I waved goodbye to him and said I'll still keep watching the show. One on the workers even said there's a new episode at Sunday and I was like, "I know". So yeah, LONG story! It was AWESOME meeting him!

10 Years at DeviantArt
Today marks my 10th DeviantArt Anniversary! Wow! I can't believe it's been THAT long now!:wow: Time really flies when you're making art and wait for upcoming Nintendo stuff.
I still remember when I first discovered this site back at 2010. It was my "Shy Gal" sister(~EMMYtheK (https://www.deviantart.com/emmythek)) who actually introduced this site to me in the first place. After I made my account and eventually uploaded some drawings, I met several awesome online friends over the years.:D
I'll admit this site is not perfect. There were times where I had to deal with some drama, rude\annoying comments, and even blocking users.:X But hey, not every site is perfect. :t
9th DA Anniversary!
Today marks my 9th DA Anniversary! Can't believe next year is going to be the big 1-0!:faints: Where did the years go?!:lmao:
I'll try to draw more but I've been busy with work nowadays. However I am drawing a little bit more now(already did two Donkey Kong artworks and a Shy Guy comic for one of DA friends' birthday this year. Not to mention I also drew 31 Shy Guys drawings for Inktober last year!). :) There are STILL several Nintendo artworks I want to draw(even ones I was originally going to draw last year), but they require so much effort and patience. Especially since I'm actually doing my artworks on Colors 3D on my New

That and I'm always distracted by video games & watching Youtube videos during my free time as well. DOH! I'll try to draw more soon. Here's my DeviantArt Histor
